What is the Get Fierce Seminar?
The Get Fierce seminar is an empowering program that teaches women to face violence. Period.
This is not a martial arts class, cardio kickboxing class, boot camp or politically correct lecture.
This 3-hour seminar will teach you to be:
Focused, Inspired, Effective, Response-able, Confident and Empowered
Who is this seminar for?

How is the seminar taught?
The Get Fierce Seminar is taught by a young, urban team, in a caring and nurturing atmosphere.
The seminar includes an eclectic mix of motivational music, yoga minute breaks and refreshments focused on providing an action-packed physical and psychological journey that allows women to find and explore their inner strength.
All required equipment is provided.
