Courses
Confrontation is experienced in the workplace at home and in between; the irate motorist who feels violated by your last lane change or the unenlightened group of adolescents who jostle you while you wait in line for a movie all manage to eat away at your sense of security and control. Depending on one’s experience, confrontation can either be an opportunity for growth or a constant affront to one’s self esteem. The first step is to accept confrontation as a necessary and unavoidable aspect of our daily lives. Denying it will only set us up as its victims. To successfully manage confrontation we must embrace it. We must dive right in and study its anatomy. That is the essence of the >confront< courses. Our courses teach the principles of managing confrontations. Period. The >confront< courses will get you connected with your emotions, passion and beliefs. |
